The Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants (OCASI) has a series of FREE e-learning modules designed to build skills and capacities for people working with newcomer/immigrant populations. While the modules are meant for an Ontario context, the modules could be adapted to meet local needs and contexts in other regions.
